What is A.R.T.?
Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) is a brief, evidence-based therapy that focuses on processing distressing memories, often associated with trauma, anxiety, depression, and other mental health conditions, using bi-lateral eye movements similar to those in REM sleep. It helps individuals process emotions and alter negative images and sensations, leading to rapid symptom relief and long-lasting change. ART is unique in that it doesn't always require detailed verbal recall of traumatic events, making it a less emotionally demanding approach for some.

    Benefits

ART can be faster and more effective than other types of psychotherapy, typically only 1-5 sessions per item we are processing

ART can be quicker, easier to learn, and more cost-efficient than other treatments

ART can create dramatic improvements in a variety of psychiatric disorders

Many individuals report improvement in symptoms after just one session
